Nice style and
very well kept. This home has carpeting throughout with
exception of entry, kitchen, bathroom and hall closet which have easy-care
linoleum. Walls have a very nice wood paneling throughout. All
the appliances and furniture will remain with this home. There
are many areas for decorations above cabinets, a 2’ wide hallway

Space is very well

at the bedroom which leads to the Arizona room. The water heater
is accessible from the Arizona room. This is a very nicely
styled home in every way.
Just outside is
the Arizona room with three doors; one at the front, at back and
to the car-port. The 7 ½’ x 8 ½’ shed opens to the Arizona room.
In front of the car-port, there’s motion detecting lights and a
handy wall outlet. The metal shed has a circulating ceiling fan
to disperse the warm air in the summertime and there is an
