Pretty home with extra space, in a wonderful area.  The floors are carpeted except for the kitchen, dining area and bathroom where there’s easy-care linoleum. The upgrades include new leather sofa and loveseat as well as entertainment center in the living room. Outside, right behind the bonus room is a 10’ x 20’ back porch. On the other side of this home, there’s a 12’ x 28 ½’ carport.  The additional ½ lot allows for plenty of elbow room.
