The designer paid great attention to details in this beautiful home. This  2,000 Palm Harbor is placed on a corner lot and is in a very nice location. There are Pergo floors in the front entry, kitchen and hall to the attached garage. The bath rooms have easy-care linoleum and there is luxurious carpet in all other rooms. There are six ceiling fans, three of which are lighted. The walls are tape and textured with rounded corners throughout and vaulted ceilings. The living room window treatment is of faux blinds and the windows along the West end have shade screens and individual awnings that do not block the wind. Windows are dual pane for energy savings. The home is split design, with the master suite at one end and the guest bedrooms and bath at the other. All appliances remain with this home as well as the living room entertainment center with the exception of the fireplace that is part of it. Also the wet bar in the den conveys. The mailbox is a few steps away from the front door, located at the Northwest corner of the property. There's a doorbell and a nice, Southwest designed security door in front.
