Above the lavatory, there's a wide mirror with two medicine cabinets that are mounted at an angle, one on each side of the mirror. Beside the lavatory is a nice vanity area with a single drawer. Below the lavatory are cabinets that match those of the kitchen and dining area.

Outside there is a utility room that contains a dryer and the hot water heater and on the opposite wall is shelving for storage items.
