If you love
the beautiful Arizona desert, with it's second to none,
extraordinary sunsets, this is the home for you. This is a 2004
Redman Champion special E series home with high quality, 6"
walls and carries a top-of-the-line, 15 year warranty and is all
electric (a 200 amp. system) and has a 4-ton, heat-pump AC unit.
There's plenty of room for a garage and additional privacy on
this oversized lot which is lot number three and 1/2 of
lot number two.
The front of this home faces the desert and is ultra private. As
you enter this home, you feel a sense of peacefulness, partly
because of the large open area but also from the desert views.
Besides the sliding glass door that opens to the patio, there
are many windows that allows you to view the peaceful, serene
desert. Window treatment includes Faux blinds. There are ceiling
fans in in the living room as well as all bed rooms. All appliances
remain with this home with the exception of the washer and dryer. There's plenty of storage in the kitchen.
Color coordinated ceramic tile is used for trim and back-splash.
The walls are tape and texture throughout and there are laminate
floors throughout, with the exception of the bath rooms and
utility rooms.
Another very nice feature is strategically located TV

(roof). There is a 50 year warranty for the Hardipanel siding.
Outside,
there are two orange trees, one lemon, five palm trees (3 fan
palms and two date palms and three
cypress all of which are on a watering system. For total
enjoyment of the wonderful views (even in the summer), there is
a double misting system (one cools the patio roof and the other
cools the patio area) for the patio area and roll-down
sun-screens. The storage room measures 10' x 14'
and is insulated, has plenty of electrical outlets, even an AC
unit. The car port measures 12.5' x 32'. On the roof is a
satellite dish and 30 year asphalt shingles.
