Exquisite
views from this home both inside and out, day and night. This
1985 Redman home is beautiful inside and has a great floor plan
for entertaining guests. There are many upgrades too. Ceilings
are vaulted, there are double-pane windows throughout, there are
five ceiling fans. There is carpet in all areas except the
kitchen, bath rooms and laundry room which has easy-care
linoleum. All appliances remain with this home as well as some

the sink which is mounted in a type of shelf where decorations
can be placed above. Also there is a lighted ceiling fan
in the kitchen. The hall bath is handy to the kitchen, dining
and living areas. Turn right from the family room and pass by
the 12' x 7 1/2' dining room with a very nice chandelier and
enter the 12 1/2' x 20' front room (the front room faces to the
rear of the property because of the great views of distant
mountains); there are elegant window treatments that beautifully
match the throw pillows. One end is being used as an office area
where there is a wonderful view of mount Lemmon, near Tucson and
area lights at dusk. The master suite is located at the opposite
end of this home, near the family room. The master bedroom is
12' 10" x 14' and has a wide closet with sliding doors. There
are twin windows with a space wide enough to have a king-size
bed between. There is an elegant, etched window (tall and
narrow) between the master bedroom and master bath. The master
bath has a one piece Corian countertop with two decorative sinks
and backsplashes. There's a wide mirror above with cabinet on
the side wall (opposite the window from the bedroom). There is a
row of lights above the mirror. There is a garden tub and a
separate shower and the toilet is in it's own area with a window
behind it. The hall bath is entered from the guest bedroom on
one side and the laundry room on the other. The back door is in
the laundry room.
Outside
there is a 12' x 13' shed at the far end of the 47 1/2' x 12'
carport. The large front patio measures 60' x 10' where
there are great views of distant mountains. There's mature
oleanders and cacti in the back, along the south side are cacti
and in front are two mature fan palms.
